Features:
1. A pressurized blasting system. Processing speed is fast.
2. When manual blasting stops operation, a non-pressure-keeping function for immediately auto pressure-releasing. Saving the procedure of sand fill for manual pressure-releasing and enhancing productivity.
3. For recycle of sand, it adopts a cyclone recycle device for separating dust and usable sand, which is more exacted for recycle.
4. Under the blasting cabin and inside the storage tank is install a large-sized filtering net and is provided with a cleaning door for the convenience of cleaning cotton.
5. In addition, there's a bucket-type (refer to TM-FD buck-type pressurized blasting machines. The capacity of a standard pressurized cylinder is 200-kg aluminum oxide) used for the larger steel grits.

TM-PT blasting machine upgraded to pressurized tubular piece

Features:
1. For any brand of a non-pressurized blasting machine, when the air outlet of the air compressor is sufficient, increasing the tubular pieces can then enhance 3-5 times the blasting efficiency.
2. After stopping blasting, a non-pressure-keeping will automatically release pressure to function automatically sand fill.
3. The operation becomes very convenient.
4. The capacity of a standard pressurized cylinder can accommodate 25-kg aluminum oxide or glass beads.
5. For customers whose dust-collectors are less than 2HP, it is suggested to upgrade the dust-collection horsepower to 2HP.
6. The standard equipped nozzle diameter is 6mm.
