Introduction
of new products- Blasting-proof protective films (specific for silicon
chips blasting, cut into small circular and sheet grains)
Application
of blasting-proof protective films. The main feature is
that at blasting the crack between film boards will not
have any remnant gel. At the beginning of blasting, the
chip is blasted, so during the processing the blasting
and carving can be performed, saving energy and processing
time. The blasting time it requires is reduced by about
40% than the wax coating. (Note: Because with the wax
coating, when the workpiece is pasted, wax will be left
in the space of the protective iron pieces, the thickness
reaching up to 0.4mm, at blasting time should be spent
on reducing blasting time and after the wax is blasted
are the blasting and carving started. Besides, the sand
is very easily mixed in due to remnant wax resulting in
unsmooth blasting, so a lot of processing time is unconsciously
wasted.) The application of the new method, however, not
only solves the high rate of broken chips resulting from
the old protective iron pieces, which, after blasting,
easily produce heat and thereby is deformed; but also,
with the advantages of its powerful blasting protection,
secure pasting, and no deformation at crash, greatly enhances
the successful rate of yield. In addition, this product
can be molded and mass-produced in Taiwan and thereby
can meet the demands of small-quantity-and-many-pattern
production for Taiwanese manufacturers.
